1. Service description
Krilo Labs provides AI-native deployment infrastructure ("Krilo Ship") and related products. The service includes domain registration, server provisioning, SSL certificate management, and deployment automation, accessible primarily through Model Context Protocol (MCP).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to host illegal content, distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, send unsolicited bulk email, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend deployments that violate this policy or materially threaten infrastructure stability.
3. Fees and refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Underlying VPS time is metered and prorated; unused balance is refunded upon cancellation. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain is registered.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krilo Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Status page: status.krilolabs.com.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend service for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
